On Jun.14, the signing ceremony of a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between NERIN and Shandong Weihai Wendeng Local Government was held in Wendeng, and the Additional Stock Issue Agreement between NERIN and Weihai Zhengda Environment Protection Co., Ltd. Present at the ceremony are Wu Runhua, General Manager of NERIN; Wu Hongfei, Chief Executive of Wendeng District; Wang Zhaogang, Deputy Chief Executive of Wendeng district; Su Shugui, President of Weihai Zhengda Environment Protection Co., Ltd., Liu Tongsheng, General Manager of CNFC Equipment Co., Ltd. and other relative directors from Wendeng Local Government and NERIN.

Wendeng District lies in the east of Shandong Peninsula and the center among Yantai, Weihai and Qingdao cities. The District has beautiful ecologic environment and harmonious culture environment, sound foundations for industries and agreeable service conditions.
