On June 24, the awarding ceremony for the 2023 National Award for Science and Technology Progress was held in the Great Hall of the People. The project titled "Efficient Conversion, Precise Control, and Intelligent Automation System for Non-ferrous Metallurgy" jointly completed by Central South University, Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited, China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd., etc. was awarded the second prize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress. This marks the 11th time that China Nerin has received a National Award for Science and Technology Progress.

On April 22, Zhang Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. According to a news release by China International Contractors Association, Engineering News-Record (ENR) recently unveiled its Top 225 International Design Firms and Top 150 Global Design Firms rankings for 2023 a total of 23 companies from Mainland China have been listed in the Top 225 International Design Firms, and the number of listed companies is the same with that in 2022. Among them, China Nerin ranked 125th, rising 17 spots from its previous year's position.
