July 2nd, China Nerin and La Compagnie Miniere de Kambove Sas had a signing ceremony for the EPC Contract for the Decline Section of Shafting and Drifting in Capital Construction for Deep Ore Body in Kamoya Copper- Cobalt Mine, the Democratic Republic of Congo. Norinco Vice President and Wanbao Mining General Manager Mr.Chen Defang, Wanbao Mining Deputy General Manager Mr. Geng Yi, La Compagnie Miniere de Kambove Sas Chairman and General Manager Mr. Zhan Deguang and Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang Naibin, China Nerin Chairman Mr. Zhang Xiaobo, President Mr. Wu Runhua, Vice President Mr. Liu Xueke, and relevant managers attended the ceremony.

         During the meeting, Mr. Zhang Xiaobo extended a warm welcome to Mr. Chen Defang and his party and expressed gratitude to the support and trust given by Norinco and Wanbao Mining to China Nerin. Mr. Chen Defang said China Nerin plays a leading role in China’s nonferrous industry as the practitioner to go out and hoped the two sides could further strengthen mutual connections through the project to expand and deepen mutual cooperation and to break new ground in cooperation, so as to contribute to the development of nonferrous industry.
